This sweet and candy shop is popular as it stocks products that are crowd favourites from countries like the USA and Canada. The refurbishment works included a partial demolition of the existing flooring and some of the shopfront elements and reframing the existing shopfront bulkhead to double its height. The bulkhead is clad in black engineered timber floorboards and has various white stencil painted shapes replicating candy and sweets. It also has a striking LED neon sign on both sides of the shopfront and makes this corner shop extremely eye catching and attractive. One of the most challenging elements of this project was to make new shelves on an existing curved shopfront wall and an aluminium capping to the underside of the existing curved bulkhead. Whilst it was challenging to achieve, it was no big deal for our clever team.
