Located in the heart of Ingle Farm Shopping Centre, this café kiosk underwent a major refurbishment to create a fresh and modern space that reflects the quality of the food and Segafredo Zanetti coffee served every day. Completed in just one and a half weeks, the project transformed the existing kiosk with contemporary finishes while retaining key structural elements to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary demolition.
This project involved a significant refurbishment with approximately 90% of the existing kiosk carefully demolished. The wash-up area and the original suspended bulkhead structure were retained which provided a solid foundation for the new design while making the most of the existing layout.
Extensive framing and substrate work was carried out to prepare the suspended bulkhead for its new finishes by ensuring the upgraded kiosk would achieve a clean and seamless appearance. Careful planning and coordination allowed the refurbishment to progress efficiently while maintaining the high standard expected within a busy shopping centre.
The completed kiosk now presents a bright and contemporary look that better reflects the cafés brand and creates a more inviting experience for customers.
